Each class will host fundraisers throughout the year and ask parents for food donations in support of class activies. To make these events memorable for our students, we need much more. We ask you please to consider making a voluntary, direct donation to your child’s class. All funds will be used by your student’s class to fund activities. Funds remaining in the class account will carry forward for future years’ events.  While $25 is suggested, we stress that this is a voluntary donation.  Click here to make it!  www.pay4schoolstuff.com

There will be lots of ways to help and and we are open to ideas for fun and fundraising!  Contact us at

The Freshman Retreat November 11, 2016 9-2pm

This day is a special opportunity for the Class of 2020 to get to know each other and create a sense of community. It’s also a lot of fun!

We need parents to help in 2 ways: donate food and help run the stations.

Anita’s will be providing the main meal of veggie or chicken burritos. We are asking for parents to donate water bottles, individual packs of Oreos and chips.  It’s a big class and we need 600 of each item!

Don’t have time to shop? We will do it for you! Click https://www.pay4schoolstuff.com to make a donation. Go under your child’s name and look for the Freshman Retreat line and select it.

or

write a check to GCM High School with Class of 2020 retreat in the memo line and give to the office

to donate specific items.  These items can be dropped off at the Front office November 7 (a teacher work day but day off for students) and November 9.

Click http://www.signupgenius.com/go/409054ba9aa5-freshman

to run a station! We really need parents to serve the food; that’s the top priority!

Thank you so much for helping make this day one of filled with fun and good memories!
