Last month the PTSA planned to have members of the FCPS Facilities Department come to our meeting and give us all updates on the future planning decisions regarding our school and the entire pyramid–but unfortunately we had a snow day and the event was cancelled.  We are in the process of rescheduling this opportunity but the Feb 5th date does not work.

We will be rescheduling our PTSA meeting previously scheduled for Feb 5th.  Please stay tuned for an announcement on when this meeting will be held.

A Big Thank You
As hosts of the VHSL One Act Competition on January 20th, the Statesmen Theatre Boosters want to thank the many parent and Theatre Honor Society volunteers who welcomed and helped casts and crews from other schools in our district all day and late into the evening. The cast and crew of Big Love  did a fantastic job. This play of gender politics was engaging and moving and included broad strokes of humor, a cake fight and blood – all in 35 minutes! Statesmen Theatre competed extremely well in our new conference level, are very pleased to celebrate Cristina Beltran who was selected as part of the All Star Cast!  Pic
